SHIPPING IS FREE within Canada & the USA when you spend at least $100.00CAD (approx $90.00 USD). International customers would get a comparable discount off their shipping rates. (approx $15CAD)
We now offer several different shipping rates by Canadian zones & US ground or airmail shipping options for Canada Post. If your actual shipping rate is less than the flat rate you have selected, we will happily refund you the difference.
We ship by Expedited Parcel within Canada which includes tracking and insurance. For our US customers, parcels are shipped ground or airmail depending on which method you choose. Please note that neither of these options have insurance or tracking. Please note for these US shipping options through Canada Post that there are no delivery time guarantees. Ground parcels take 10-15 business days (2-3 weeks) and Airmail parcels take 4-7 business days (1- 1.5 weeks). While many customers receive their orders in a certain time frame, a select few do not. We have no control over this, sorry.
For a guaranteed delivery service to the USA, we highly recommend our Purolator Courier shipping option. Their ground shipping to the mainland USA, at a cost of $16.99USD arrives in less than a week to mainland US. Most of our customers receive their parcels in only 3 business days! It also includes tracking AND insurance. This method is not available for HI or AK addresses.
We will definitely accept international orders outside of North America, please send us an email so we can get a few shipping options for you to choose from. If another shipping method is preferred, such as UPS or Expresspost, please let us know so we can get an actual price rate for you.
We will not accept responsibility for any orders should the customer decide to have them mailed through an uninsured & untrackable shipping option.
REFUNDS: For sanitary issues, returns are only accepted on unused & unopened products within 7 days of receipt. We do not refund shipping charges. Full refunds are given if an order is cancelled before it is shipped.
When returning items, should the value of the goods you decide to keep, fall below any 'free delivery' threshold, then the current postage fee will be charged and deducted from the value to be refunded. Please see the delivery options for more information regarding shipping charges.
If when returning items, any free gifts that are sent in respect to the value of goods ordered, should also be returned if the value of goods kept falls below the 'free gift' threshold. Failure to return any free gift in this instance will result in the free gift being charged according to our current website prices and deducted from the value to be refunded.
Please note we do not exchange goods. If you wish to exchange an item you must return your item for a refund and reorder.
We ask you to try smaller sizes of products if you are unsure if the scent is right for you. Some of our products have trial sizes available. We are happy to include three free scent samples in every order, which gives our customers a great way to test out new scents. If there is a formula you would like to try, please let us know and we'll try our best to include a sample in your order.
